Eight companies in competition for tender former Pristina deputy chairman alarmed at scandal

Former Pristina Deputy Chairman Donjeta Sahatciu alarmed in public for the tender for digitisation of schools in Pristina. “...with the specific budget planning scandalous”, she commented on this tender, details from which the tender brings the Insander newspaper.

At the beginning of this year, the Pristina Community, led by Progress Rama of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), announced a tender for digitisation of schools.

“Digitalisation of educational and educational processes-reservation” is a project in which the capital plans to spend over 330 thousand euros.

Fired days ago, in the continuation of the cabinet's reformation-as president Rama argues, but as retaliation for the property exchange relationship -- as the PDK is interpreting it, Donjeta Sahatciou has publicly denounced this tender.

In this tender, which is still in its initial stages, it turns out that up until now there are eight companies in the race, and seven of them have offered in both tears, as the tender has been shared, while only one company has offered in one part of it.

In the tender file, so far updated by the Pristina municipality, it is also mentioned that companies should meet the required technical specifications, but in the same file such a document is not found. Thus, this document of what this institution is aiming to buy, services, and products is not even loaded on the platform.

The former deputy chairman, has mentioned that it was she who did not sign the document so that this tender could move forward, but that is what President Perprime Rama did.

“Progress Rama in December ordered the launch of procurement procedures for digitalisation in education without my knowledge, as I, in the quality of the U.D. Education director, I had refused to sign a statement of availability for a harmful process, without ASHI permission, against the recommendations of the audience”, she wrote commenting that, according to her, this tender was done with specifics of scandalous budget planning.

Although the same has made this public response, so far by Chairman of Progress Rama there has been no public comment against the charges, as well as public, made by Sahatciu.
