Why didn't Antony J. Blinken letter for Kosovo independence?

Usually the U.S. Secretary of State distributed the press communiqués and those most of us came to email. In my email are two communiques about congratulations on the National Day. One is called “Serbia's National Day” with the date 15 February and the other “The Gambia National Day” on February 18th. There is missing “Kosovo National Day” or “Kosovo Index Day” on February 17th, as usual.

A friend of mine who handles these works intensively concerned with writing a message at 1:30h night about this, on the night of February 17th “why I didn't accept the Blinken decreat”. I sent the link to Kosovo's declaration link from the State Department website in half the night and finished it.

But today when I'm checking the emails from State Department several more times, I can't find Secretary Blinken's email for Kosovo independence. He didn't even distribute it! This is very strange and conspiracyists had seen me as a signatory for the Kosovo government after some reconciliations in recent days where reckless members of power staged attacks on the US ambassador to Kosovo.

But President Biden's letter to the president of Kosovo also has similarities. There are projections like <x0).urime Independence Day”. POR “n will not share this wish with the world”. “If you want” president... “You can distribute”. Now that I've read these projections, the normal thing that I suspected a little bit, but always like Balkans, we need to be careful with the conspiracy mind and I've thrown this thought into the bottom basket.

Now because even the Secretary of State has not distributed a letter of congratulations that is usually distributed, it made us doubt that we had anything to do with diplomatic reproof. We hope that we are overreacting and using the Balkan conspiracy mindset in this case and that nothing unusual is happening here.

But also the terminology of relations between the US and Kosovo is being modified, according to the State Department's official communities for Kosovo. For example, the term “was used earlier Stong Partnership” for Kosovo, which is currently being used recently by the joining partnership or stable partnership alone, but not by strong partnership as before.

On the other hand, Serbia's communique from Blinken has been used by the terminology “Strategic partner” about US-Serbia relations. This does not mean that partnerships are being modified, but the Government of Kosovo should be careful with its positions and public discussion about Kosovo- The US because it takes decades to build good relations and with a fool they can be destroyed and destroyed.
