Political carnival in Pristina: Edi Rama as Rescue Director of Albin Kurti and Opposition Degradation

In the eyes of a Kosovo voter, the picture that will appear tomorrow in the House of Parliament is an absurd and burp amid comedy and political hypocrisy
It says: Baton Haxhiu
I watched carefully tomorrow's meeting schedule in Pristina, Albin Kurti and Eddie Rama.
In the eyes of a Kosovo voter, the picture that will appear tomorrow in the House of Parliament is an absurd and burly mixture between comedy and political hypocrisy.
A long, smiling Eddy Rama with the arrogance of an artist who paints in a foreign fabric stands near a silent Albin Kurti, who probably for the first time in his political career has given up the rebel role of becoming a national figure... at least in the photograph.
Like two actors on a make-up stage, they lay hands on each other, while in the background, the people of Kosovo try to understand what this game is all about?
On the other hand, in another corner of this theater, are Elisa Spiropali and Glauk Konjufca, two figures seen as representatives of “actor and second actor” in a national farce being played. Alice, with her usual eloquence filled with metaphors and Glauc, who seems to have the urge to smile even when it is known that everything here is a farce.
What do their talks matter? Besides filling up the space between the two main speeches, they're just the lap of an orchestrated comedy.
Speech? Speech doesn't matter. Speeches are useless tools in this big image game. Because every word said there has a single purpose: to create an illusion of union which, in reality, is only a veiled aid to a Kosovo prime minister in free decline. Any phrase, any promise, any historical reference is a cloud of political fog to make the people forget for a moment the lack of results, failures and divisions that this prime minister has created.
And here lies the greatest irony: where is the dignity of Albania's prime minister?
How can Edi Rama, a leader with global respect and a carefully built image in the international arena, come to Pristina and donate Albin Kurti what no other man else would give an unconditional gift to save him politically? Where is the dignity when he uses the Albanian government and the Albanian Parliament as a springboard to turn a leader of division into a symbol of unity, just weeks before elections?
More ironic is the position of Kosovo's opposition. If they refuse to participate, they will be stigmatized as opponents of national unity. If they participate, they will look like puppets of a scenario written by Tirana and Pristina for one man's interests. And so, the picture tomorrow is not an image of unity, but a chronice of great hypocrisy. A photo of dignity that has fallen and with it the hope that this meeting would have a greater purpose than the salvation of a worn political figure.
This meeting of two governments and two assemblies to be held tomorrow in Pristina is a clean scene of hypocrisy and political manipulation. A lighthouse built to serve a clear purpose: the salvation of Albin Kurti from the political abyss, which has plunged itself through his failed and deeply divisive four - year rule. This is not a meeting between the two congregations and the two governments as claimed. This is a personal tribunes to give Kurt a <x0 national assignment” at the worst political moment in his life.
In this coordinated theater, where Alice Spiropali and Glauk Konjufca speak as devoted associates of a unilateral goal, and where Edi Rama is represented as Albania's great giver, the essence is clear: everything is in the function of strengthening Albin Kurti and Vetevendosje. It is a strategic blow against Kosovo's opposition, a trap to put it in an impossible situation.
If they participate, they legitimize this farce and become tools of a well-requested scenario for populism. If they refuse, then they are accused of opposing national relations with Albania. A clever and immoral scheme that focuses solely on saving a failed leader.
What union is talked about at this meeting when Albin Kurti himself was the main promoter of the division between Kosovo and Albania? What Albanian is spoken of when Kurti systematically ignored Tirana's contribution to national issues? What strong relations are referred to when he attacked the Albanian government and pressed baseless charges for years? This is a moment when the hypocrisy of Albin Kurti and his supporters peaks. A prime minister who refuses to welcome Edi Rama into his concubine and who has often turned his back on Albania is today trying to use Tirana as a means to save his ruined image.
The Kosovo opposition PDK, LDK and AAK must understand this trap and act with dignity. Attending this meeting is not a national obligation; it is participating in a political comedy where the opposition is invited as a helpless spectator. In this scheme orchestrated by Rama and Kurti, the opposition faces a difficult choice, but has a simple solution: to stay away and denounce this hypocrisy as a low manipulation on the eve of elections.
To close, we need to understand that this is not a national meeting. This is a political circus. It is a desperate attempt to present Albin Kurti as a unifying figure, when in reality it is the greatest divisive that has known the modern history of relations between Kosovo and Albania. No speech, no pictures and no manipulation can conceal his failures. And the opposition of Kosovo should say this out loud and clear. This is the moment to protect Kosovo's dignity and national interest, not to become part of a dirty political game.
Ps: I know that many enjoy this critical scripture about Eddie Rama. But it's as false as this encounter can be.
