Minister Murati did not stop praising him for any salary increases in Kosovo even during last Sunday. He also supported his statement in the AK to appear to be saying something, but the ASK calls the salary raise even if an ironic increase of only 28 euros in education in January this year because Murati set it up, without even asking who the value of the pay coffient is from 105 euros to 110 euros.
Minister Murati makes these statements to create an impression that there has been supposedly a salary increase in Kosovo, and so he wants that, in opinion, at least in those who trust him, he presents as unreasonable the legitimate demands of the SBASK and other trade unions for increasing the value of the coffient for at least 30 %s.
Minister Murati is known for his wrong approach to dialogue and with even hostile access to unions and separately to the SBASK, but reality tells him that instead of boasting that there's been an increase in wages, he should fry when he talks about the salary issue. The minister needs to know that the high price hikes of essential life articles have occurred constantly and marked wage increases, which would allow for easier encounters with these prices. The minister has to leave fights and statements filled with pride and see reality, which is bitter. Minister Murati has to read the statistics of the countries around us as well. In those countries, the prices of elementary articles are like us, or a little higher, but
Governments there have responded to the situations and made apparent salary increases in education and other sectors. Minister Murati let him look at Albania and I will see that what I'm saying is true. Teachers there have been paid 900 euros and not to talk about the teacher's salary in Montenegro.
Minister Murati you with your statements of salary raises can get some applause from those who believe blindly, but thousands of employees in the public sector know the truth and are very angry at you because they are barely linking the start of the month to its end and are mostly on credit. Don't forget that this year you've made pay moves at Pre-university Education for only 28 euros, and this education workers have considered the ironic and derogatory pay raise.
So Minister Murati, when he talks about wages he doesn't have to boast, he has to fry.
Pristina, October 15, 2024,
SBASK Chairman
Rashman Jasharaj
