Mitrovica or Himara? Where current Balkan conflict ends

As I was writing the title, I got into a little dilemma: Should I start by the name of Mitrovica or by the name of Himara? The UN would be without a name, but also the final segment of the case... The question is where does the current Balkan conflict begin and where does it end? This [...] can also end.

The question is where does the current Balkan conflict begin and where does it end? This world could end too.
You start in Mitrovica or in Himara? Take it as you wish, but the newest centre where a conflict with Albanians is trying is Himara. Greece is seeking the horse's foot conflict, as reported in Shkodra.
With a state conflict with Albania, Greece would solve its crises. The more the crisis of thought. Greece, without any fantasy, repeats the same scheme with the 1940 conflict, almost a century from another CHAkili, when it began its war with Italy because of a shepherd killed at the border.
This time, "bariu" is Fred Beler, also caught at the Albanian-Greek border, but not as a shepherd; as a terrorist declared by Greece itself. Fred Beler was deliberately introduced to the election campaign, such as the Cali of Vorio-Epiri and Berisha-Meta], to crack it like a bomb between states. Every day, Greece puts its hands into the internal affairs of the Albanian state, just like a gynecologist who tries to kill the peace baby in the region. In Hymarne, he tries to invent Greek protectories in order to place them here historically like the Corfu Canal mines at the beginning of the Cold War.
The only blame Albania has committed is that it is better now than ever.
I can't say that the conflict in northern Kosovo started before Himara; at least it turns out hemara's was originally designed. In Mitrovica was the wisdom of Kosovo's Kurti that broke out the conflict without still receiving signals from conflict guides now seen as being located from Greece and Moscow, to Tehran. The government's only wisdom, Kurti, is that it is removing Kosovo from the Alliance and the West, putting the risk at the border. He made the border north to be frozen, even though the Great Allied powers are trying to release him.
The frozen border means that conflict is expected on every other end of the world, and that is where tragedy manifests itself. The imagined danger is this: Albania is placed at the centre of the conflict, both from South and North.
Even blacker omens is this: To close the entire period of three decades that for the Albanian nation was the most favourable time of all history to be placed on development tracks towards Western civilisation.
Yesterday and the previous talks between Serbia and Kosovo failed in Brussels; yesterday the Athens government threatened Tirana through Mitsotakis; and today Greece's ambassador was presented to the Court next to Achilles' leg, Beller.
Today, the 78th UN session meets in New York, where Albania takes over the chairmanship of the Security Council. The diplomatic world today will speak to the whole world, except for Himara. It will talk about the conflict in northern Kosovo, and Ukraine- of course. But for Himera, there's no way. It's not even past Achilles, let alone the weakness of the womb. There are no issues in Himara, no Greek minority... If they had, at least they'd come out to talk to the UN about a matter.
