A woman has been fined for counterattack against a man who sexually assaulted her.
Milica '%ivkovi entered the court as a victim, but the judge punished him for “overcoming the need for self-defense”. The 24-year-old was returning home accompanied by a friend after they were out in the town of Kolasin in Montenegro when she noticed a man following them.
He tried to talk to them, but the girls ignored him and continued on their way. But what happened later caused Milica to fear the worst.
