His hearing was held in hospital facilities, as the minor is under doctors' care, reports Abcnews.al.
The prosecutor of the case called for the appointment of a security measure “arrest to prison” for criminal acts “violation of road rules” when death or serious injury by some persons has been caused or the “command of the vehicle unfairly”.
The lawyer for his client, however, asked for a easier measure of security because the detainee is a minor, student and, as he has said, traumatized, and that he should be closer to the family because of the psychological situation.
