I had the pleasure of meeting President Bill Clinton during the dinner that was laid down for him in Tirana and those who asked me what I felt, told them that I was at the table with an alchemist, who after he touched all the stones in the world had decided to tell his wonderful story.

Since people have started following their leaders on screen, no state man has ever been more loved and loved than President Bill Clinton. He's been weeping, crying, laughing, rejoicing, grief, and suffering just like all the citizens of the world broadcasting their emotions to everyone's souls.

As President, Bill Clinton was both reasonable and emotional. He made rational decisions based on emotion and controlled emotions through reason.

In his day the world lived in peace, for he fought no undeserved war.

Bill Clinton strengthened America by reducing inequality, softened Russia wounded by the loss of the Soviet Union and united Europe, separated from the Cold War that lasted half a century.

But perhaps, no president has done more than Bill Clinton for the Kosovo Albanians and Albania. The first freed them from Serb violence, while the latter helped them escape the violence of the state and each other in the bad 1997 year, that if it wasn't for the United States, there might be fatal consequences.

Albania would never be what it is today, a normal country living in peace, if President Clinton didn't intervene to take our weapons off our hands and hire us.

Seeing him speak and laugh in Tirana, I thought even now that he is no longer president, he is doing us a great service. Like any alchemist who transforms stones, he has the power to share optimism that is the key subject to changing our world.

Optimism, those all you need, said alchemist Bill Clinton

And he's right.
