He added that it should then be seen even Serbia's prospects for undoing parallel structures and there would be permanent solutions instead of these continuing clashes.

We wanted permanent solutions and compromises, and Serbia must compromise, and I believe that this is the beauty of the European proposal, which offers very important things for both sides, and especially for Kosovo, because it is de-facto recognition, and there can be no more campaigns against Kosovo for recognition of membership in all organisations”.

And France's Ambassador Olivier Guerot said he would very much like to comment on Kosovo's proposal for an Association statute, not others' proposals.
