At the meeting, President Osmani has expressed full commitment to working together with international partners so that the country's north can rule order and law and preserve the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to President Osmani, the punishment of criminal groups and individuals who used violence against police, journalists, KFOR members, EULEX and citizens are the only way to lasting and lasting stability. Therefore, she stressed, we expect law enforcement institutions to do their job, in accordance with the law, so that criminal groups responsible for violence face justice.
President Osmani has suggested that new elections in municipalities in the country's north could be organised in line with the current constitutional and legal framework, and in this context, she added that democratic participation of citizens living in these four municipalities should be secured.
At a meeting with the two emissaries, President Osmani highlighted the importance of strengthening the alliance with the US and EU, in meeting common goals for the Euro-Atlantic road and strengthening Kosovo's international subjectivity.
