Why is Albin Kurti forcing the West to regain Kosovo?

What is happening between Kosovo and the West is the most serious thing that has happened to both Kosovo and the West.

27 countries of the European Union and the United States are being forced to return to Kosovo with troops, to take power out of northern Kosovo a government that has broken the pact of Kosovo's existence under Western guarantees.
