Tit role, hawk role in northern Kosovo

Whoever at least follows political developments around northern Kosovo has no difficulty realizing that Kosovo's four main political parties ( LV, PDK, the AAK's LDK have the same orientation in terms of resolving the northern and eastern Kosovo issue. And this orientation is: maintaining territorial integrity and extending sovereignty even north of the country. As far as eastern Kosovo is concerned, these political parties want the silence of this problem.

The only difference between these parties in this matter is in the way and the means to be used for extending sovereignty to the north. As long as the PDK, LDK and AAK demand that internationals (particularly US) be heard, LV does not consider this necessary. P DK, the AAK's LDK have always followed this course. Because of this orientation and course, Kosovo has had to make many compromises. During these years, Serbia has exploited and misused this course; it has changed the ethnic map to both the north and the northern part of Mitrovica (in Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja, specifically in Medvedja and Bujanoc). So, the damage to a policy of pottery in northern Kosovo and in eastern Kosovo are great, are visible, and (in some parts) even irrecoverable.

Two years ago LV has gained power in Kosovo. By defeating parties that have run by that time, logically it has been expected that this will be a triumph even over their political concepts. But this has not happened in terms of political orientation towards northern Kosovo and eastern Kosovo. The LV has so far followed the same orientation: maintaining territorial integrity and expanding sovereignty in the north, as well as silence of the East Kosovo problem. What the LV has changed in relation to these issues is only the way and the means to solve the northern problem: the role of the milk in the north LV has tried and is trying to replace it with the role of the hawk. Thus, instead of unconditional obedience to internationals, as the previous parties have done, the LV has installed the view that it does not have to listen to internationals to achieve the same goal, because, ultimately, it has not yielded results in the past.

As long as it took a decade to see the results (in the wrong orientation) and with the role of the jar in action, the results of the wrong orientation (damage) with the role of the hawk in action will be seen within months.

If we do not want to see slow damage or rapid damage, we must change orientation, not the way of action.

Kosovo should at all costs bring the issue of Eastern Kosovo to the negotiating table, not unjustly silence this vital issue of the Albanian nation.

Kosovo, instead of insisting on maintaining territorial integrity, should insist on reciprocity in the right to redefining borders.

It is only thus served without any party or personal interest for Kosovo and the entire Albanian nation!
