The Founding Procurory in Pristina announces the public opinion that following the development of investigations, collection and analysis of evidence, on May 3, 2023, it has filed an indictment against defendants A.M., because of the criminal work ʹthe introduction of the harmful contract, from Article 291 paragraph 2, regarding paragraph 1, and over Article 81, paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.2 and 1.5 of KPRK”, the report says.
Mustafa, according to the indictment, has caused damage to Telekom near 7 million euros.
