What happens today in Brussels?

Today, even tomorrow, what always happens at international conferences where agreements of this kind are reached. In short, the world supports what is strongest. This may not be logical for someone, but that's how things work in the international field.
That is because only the strong are able to ensure implementation or non-initiation of the agreement. This is the principle on which meetings operate where the agreements of this nature are reached.
Someone would say that this is not true because the world helped Kosovo at the Rambouillet Conference. But that is not true. At the Rambouillet Conference, the world did not harm Serbia after it recognised its sovereignty towards Kosovo. Things went in favour of Kosovo after Serbia, either Milosevic, rejected Rambouillet's decisions and forced the West into an angry race.
The world has helped Kosovo far more than we think. It has enabled Kosovo the course of independence. But independence is not achieved without an independent economy and mentality. By the time we had to be independent (read: build economy and army), we have stolen Kosovo public goods, which we have no day, nor do we know today what they are and what they are. We have killed each other and spent all our time accusing ourselves of spies of Serbia and anti-Americanism.
We've invented the term <x0... permanent hostility” (the ridiculous meter) and we thought we should just be pro-Americans in a formal and verbal way. We thought the world should reward us for this obedience and condemn Serbia for disobedience. Our mind has not gone beyond this balance.
Serbia, meanwhile, has revived the economy and strengthened the military. Serbia, being constantly against the West, has lured their investments because it has provided guarantees and security. Its products feed the Balkans and the military threatens it at the same time. Serbia has never released a pen against Kosovo. Serbia has offered no alternative to this issue, like Albanians who have presented 100 alternatives and no stance.
This mentality, of course, produces failures that turn against the widow and prepares the way to accept whatever the world gives us. We have turned ourselves into the sight of the beggar ragged with a stick in his hand and sack on his back. The beggars are not given more than a piece of bread from a bowl of water.
