Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has today published a video through which he has shown the alarming findings of the European Commission's recent report on Kosovo, which says the Government of Kosovo has signed tender contracts with negotiated procedures without formal procurement worth 78m and 560 thousand euros.
“78m of 560 thousand euros is the amount of tenders over the year, which Government allegedly gave to their friends and relatives through negotiated procedures, without formal procurement, eliminating competition. #Regress”, wrote head of Memli Krasniqi's PDK.
