Both lied today, both Kurt and Vuchy

The five international mediators appeared today in Pristina and Belgrade, under the obligation of an agreement for the escalation of the situation in northern Kosovo, and both sides -- both Pristina and Belgrade -- seem to have quietly accepted their homework until November 5th.
Kosovo must prepare for itself a draft of Assolution, co-ordinated with the US, in order to meet its main obligation and commit to elections in northern Kosovo within December, while Vuciq must engage in details of the Franco-German plan, which make up recognition of Kosovo “ ”.
Negotiators haven't asked “mind” from the two Balkan leaders, how this process will take place, but they just put the work plan ahead and they've shown them the deadlines. The first deadline is November 5th. Second at the end of the year.
After this Balkan Inquisition, different approaches of Belgrade and Pristina are seen as regards political consumption of this process
Vuciq, as everyone sees, is appearing in public as a victim of the Western plan and acts like a man who is being crucified, but “ai will not surrender” If he dreams of his vocabulary before and after the meeting, he is presented to Serbs as a leader resisting the West firing squad for Kosovo and ready to even shoot him.
Kurti, unlike him, does not speak at all about the essence of the talks he has made, does not indicate that he has agreed to sign association, but unlike Vuciq shows what he has told them, and in concrete cases has told them that Kosovo's security is more important than the peace plan.
So if you listen to Kurt, it looks like Kurt slaughtered these US and EU and they don't know where to go after they leave Pristina.
Both are lying, but the first victimises itself to save Serbia, and the second victimizes the West and hopes that if nothing is done, Albanians blame the West.
The second feature of today's meetings, which are highest-level since before September 24th, is that meetings ignored the Serbian attack in northern Kosovo and are treating it as an event to be forgotten, in spite of Kurt's approach, which says from now on we have to strengthen security.
Serbia has not yet been punished with sanctions for what it has done, while Kosovo continues to hold sanctions on its back due to Kurt's countering the Franco-German plan.
At least after all, Kosovo would have been even with Serbia, either under sanctions or neither. But in fact, Kosovo has not yet returned to zero even after September 24th.
Finally, which is even more important -- in the court and government in Kosovo -- there continues a futile debate on whether France can block Kosovo visas or not, and this, seen in the eye of a triumphal policy towards France. So most government supporters explain with technical details that France technically cannot block visas.
Even if that is true, it does not solve anything if France really opposes Kosovo in this process. If President Macron vetoes Albin Kurti, in every step he has ahead in talks with Serbia or the process of accepting the French-German plan, Kosovo loses more than visas, loses its main partner in the West, which made Serbia's 1999 bombing possible.
Without France, nothing you can do against Serbia in Europe. Not then, not now. So France's count as an opponent of Kosovo and worse still, triumphalism that shows it cannot prevent visas is very damaging to Kosovo. France may not stop Kosovo's citizens from moving without visas, but is abolishing Kosovo, those visas do not have what they need.
So the process of facing Western pressure at this stage requires seriousness and, above all, credibility, which are acting as a pro-Western leadership and not as a leadership in war with the West. They can never win that war. But even if they win it, it would be a tragedy for Albanians.
