The Tax Administration has continued with the activity of confiscating to business subjects, which have unpaid debts, resulting in debts worth over 700 thousand euros. This activity has been realised in the region of Pristina, Ferizaj, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Prizren and Gjilan.
Under this tax collectors' action, ATK announced that it has closed and seized property of businesses for no paying taxes, while warning that the same mandatory collection activities will continue in the coming days.
The tax administration reports to all taxpayers who have unpaid obligations to contact the Department of Obligable Meeting and pay tax duties so that they do not face seizure measures”, said the ATK communiqué.
The ATK has also invited taxpayers to be co-operative in paying their debts, as well as to be announced for opportunities the Law on Tax Administration and Procedures on paying tax debts.
