But nuclear power expert Olga Kostarna has told British Express that Putin could use the tense situation in Zapporzhja to force Ukraine to surrender.
“What is happening in the thermal power plant is an attempt to force Ukraine to return to negotiations or surrender because they are clearly losing war”, Kostarna said.
