Ahmeti publishes the case of an educator accused of pedophile: The court decided to get him back to work. I refused.

Through a Facebook post, he said that several years after the case, the court had sent him the decision of the cut form that the person in question had been released and should be returned to work, which Ahmeti says he had refused to comply with.

He says that now a few weeks ago, he accepted an invitation for police interviews, for failing to bring a person to work accused of sexual harassment ( pedophilia), who had been released by the court and handed over criminal speculation against him.

He says he has explained to police that he and such persons should not be close to children.

A few weeks ago, I accepted an invitation to interview police for failing to hire a person accused of sexual harassment ( pedophilia) who had been released from the court and delivered criminal speculation against me.

A few years ago, we had a case of an elementary school teacher in Pristina who had attacked a student girl in an unacceptable way. With the announcement to the police, an indictment was filed against the person in question. After several meetings with the principal and my parents, I realized that this was not the first time.

A few years later by the court, I was brought to the decision of the formal form that the person in question had been released and should be returned to work. I refused even though the jurists told me that I risked a fine and a fine and prison. The person in question had also personally threatened me.

Before the deadline expired, I signed two decisions at the same time: returning to work under the court's decision and immediately suspension with the chairman's decision in internal procedure. This person in my opinion didn't even have to spend a minute at school.

And now after completing the warrant, I received an invitation from the police according to the criminal conviction the person had brought me and the prosecutor's order to be interviewed for failing to apply the court's decision to return the person to question.

The investigating officers were very professional and were doing their job. I explained to you that he and such ones should not be near children. Even though I had used the law to get rid of it, I would have risked the accusation just to stop it.

How many such cases everywhere and of course not only in schools?

It's time for the registry legislation of sexual offenders. Reactions and accountability are necessary. But even more necessary is the taking of policy and legislation initiatives. Not criminals disappear but are more easily identified and prevented. The U.S. list is public where people know when someone's in their neighborhood. Only police in the EU have access, but any movement of such a person's settlement should be reported to local police.

The crime will always and often we cannot know that a person will commit a crime, but in such cases if it turns out a person has committed similar crimes and has been released by courts then there must be reviewing past cases to see concessions from judicial institutions.
