Turkey provokes Athens with fighter aircraft, Greek authorities in alert aircraft flying over Aegean

Of the Turkish planes that flew over the North East, Central and South East Aegean, 10 were F-16 fighters, 2 ATR-72 maritime co-operation, 1 UAV without a pilot and a helicopter.
All eight violations were made by the USAV and 31 by ATR-72.
As reports G EETHA, Turkish planes have been identified and detained under international rules, according to standard practice.
Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, meanwhile, warned Turkish President Erdogan not to deal with <x0fofantazi neo-Ottomane”.
In an interview for CNN, Mitsotakis said Greece would do everything to protect its sovereignty, while adding that a conflict in Southeast Europe is the last thing the continent needs after the war in Ukraine needs.
