Former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has spoken of the global economic crisis, where he has also criticised the Government of Kosovo for failing to respond to this crisis.
Hoti has cited the fact that the VAT has doubled after the oil price hike.
Citing some of the impacts the economic crisis has had on Kosovo, Hoti has said that citizens remain to judge what Government has been able to do.
