Berisha has confessed the story of a soldier who was killed in the Vojhara Battle, just 17 minutes before he met his father, whom he had seen seven years because he had lived in Germany.
He says the young man had come from Germany and joined the KLA ranks without the knowledge of parents living in Kosovo.
The commander of Kosare says the parent once heard word after word that his son had joined U n The CK had come to visit the fronts of the war because it was homesick for him.
“17 minutes after that conversation, that soldier is killed on the front. When I was told that news, it seemed like a thousand kilos of me fell on my head. We've had a lot of trouble communicating to family that her son was killed in the war. I ordered the nearby staff to report the news to the parent. War is and in war people are killed, skee what they do”, Berisha shows.
No one accepted “but I can't”, and I just had to give the news to his father. When I went in with the introduction, he hugged me, clenched me. During his tribulation, I wondered what news he would give his parent. I sat down and he's telling me: ”Komandant bothered you, but seven years I haven't seen the boy. I look forward to seeing””, indicates the embarrassing moment Rrustem Berisha.
I said: Man, you, like so many other fathers, fell into his arms, your son was killed while waiting for this meeting. A silence was created for about a minute. When a man speaks to you he knows how to position you, but that silence was terrible”
Berisha says the parent after that silence sought to see his son killed.
Don't get me wrong, commander, because I want to see if he's hurt face-to-face or running”, Berisha relates the words of the witness parent.
The commander says further that even after seeing the body of the murdered boy, his father motivated other soldiers to continue the war.
Don't cry, I got two more guys. Soon they will come to the front. His rifle should not fire”, Berisha recounts the exciting event.
