In presenting this bill, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance focused on annual income tax changes of up to 3,000 euros and will be 0% tax, but did not mention any changes to higher wages. Zoom.al secured the bill under Article 6. Point 1.2, for taxable revenues of over 3,000 euros to 5400 euros, will have 8% taxes, while more than 5400 euros, 10% taxes and 192 euros.
Contacted accountants from Zoo.al did not want to pronounce that if the bill as such receives the blessing of the Parliament with these changes, few benefit -- those who have salaries of 250 to 450 euros -- cut off the 250-euro monthly salaries that will not be paid at all, while those who have salaries from 450 euros and higher will be burdened.
