The seat of state inspectors investigating the quality of the derivatives in Kosovo has not even escaped Fadil Berjan, chairman of the Kosovo Oil Association. He's been caught in a phalanx by selling gasoline contrary to the regulatory provisions for which he was sent before the court by the state.
He was sentenced, in March 2017, to fraud with the quality of gasoline, writes Insander newspaper.
The foundation court in Pristina has found that Berjan's business “, the Benzx1>, has exceeded the limits of steam pressure in the derivatives. This action has been taken during the summer months of 2016, according to the court.
The allowed limit of steam pressure according to inspectors is 60.0, while Berjan's business at the time of inspection was 62.5, which according to them is non-conforming regulatory provisions.
In regard to his move, which has been filed by Trade Ministry inspectors, following samples taken at “deliloni Benz”, the court ruled that Berjan be fined 3 thousand euros.
The newspaper Insider has secured the act of Foundation, in which detail describes the case.
“with the date of 18.07.2016, after taking samples under rules defined by law, it has been found that gasoline is rain from the economic subject NTS “
“Maximumi allowed by E ISO is maximum 60.0 kpa (as a measure), according to parameters set out according to administrative directives for the quality of oil fuels by cerrast, has been fraud in terms of the quality of gasoline during retail sales”, the court ruling said.
According to the court hearing chip, the ministry of commerce inspectors, following July's visit to Berjani's business, and after taking samples for testing, had concluded that gasoline sold at “Benz1> exceeds the limit of steam pressure.
Since Berjan had disagreed with the inspectors' findings, gas samples had been sent to Belgrade.
Of these samples, even in Belgrade it is found that gasoline was not a set of regulatory provisions, says Insander newspaper.
But, during the trial session, Behrani had rejected the report, claiming that <x0mid-benzina was purchased by importer “Lab-Oil” and, during import, has a declaration of conformity for gasoline and that inspection was made on the 1.07.2016 date where the steam pressure is 56.3, which means that they have been conforming regulatory provisions”, he had declared.
The newspaper Insander has also requested clarification from the company “Lab Oil” But the same has not returned.
The paper has also asked me to know from Behrani if he has appealed the Constitutional Court's decision regarding his sentence, but he has not returned to the publication of the text. Berjan hasn't even paid the court's three thousand-euro sentence.
