Russian people don't want this war: Why did Putin involve us all in his lies?

Putin swears to lie in an attempt to justify the horror you've been introduced into and trying to tell the Russians that this is not his war, but it is a struggle for the survival of the Russian people.

Why did Putin tell us to call this a special war? Because no one in Russia wanted war. Everyone fears war. War means that people will leave their homes and return to dead bodies.
This war was not supported by ordinary people who would pay for it. Neither of the businesses that will collapse as a result of it, nor of the so-called elites who will be expelled from the world, and the tanjia stops.
Since the war began, normal life has ended for everyone in Russia and life under the law of the state of war began.
Vladimir Putin personally declared the war in Ukraine. For about an hour, on every television channel he tried to explain why this war was essential, he told us how Ukraine was not a state and that its principles did not deserve to exist.
The invasion was designed based on Vladimir Putin's personal hatred. He wanted a grand victory with which he would return from this war. The televisions promised Kiev's fall, immediately.
But Putin was not prepared to take sole responsibility in all of this. And so, before the invasion started, he called the security council in Russia so that anyone who could say: He would introduce the facts to the contrary.
He captured anyone who could break the deal to get into this war.
It wasn't me. Putin told the world.
It was us Russians. He meant it.
The West has no one to negotiate with here. So if the case one day ended in The Hague for war crimes in Ukraine, all those who defended the cause would be a group.
And this group, he was afraid of the responsibility he was taking. It's all here, in a video published in February, at the security council meeting held in the Kremlin. Clearly, they were unaware of the plan in Putin's mind, which had advanced as too much in his mind.
In an effort to hide their fears, Putin decided to share his responsibility throughout the regime. MPs from Russian Duma and the Federation Council all were called to report the facts. And all of them, with a theatrical consensus, were publicly reconciled to Putin. Russian MPs have been ordered to vote unanimously by Putin.
And so, they gave their blessing on the use of the Russian army in Donnetsk and Luhanks. But our tanks didn't just go to Donnetsk. They also went to Harkiv, Herson, and Kiev. A week later, it became clear as a tear that despite the insistence on using battalions in the false myth created against the Nazi ʹbathalons, our country was facing a great war against the entire army of Ukraine and its people.
Russian military forces, for several reasons, painted their tanks with the letter "Z." Our deaths have now gone to thousands, our artillery has opened fire all over Ukrainian homes. When Russian forces bombed the lidnje hospital and the child, it became clear that we were now talking about war crimes.
Putin's regime is now proving that his crimes are pointing all over the Russian people. Make us responsible for this. Make each Russian letter Mr. Putin needs to do this in an effort to remove all responsibility from himself and his regime and to corrupt all the common people in all this work, to say before sunset that Russia is not destroying peace in Europe only with the blessing of a small group in the Kremlin, but with the blessing of all Russian people. He needs to tell the Russian people now, that this war is being fought in the name of their survival.
The regime is also spreading such propaganda to increase popularity. Car racing has also been organised in 80 Russian regions under the letter ÉZ (meaning invasion in Ukraine, Periscopiation).
With every lie, Putin must prove that this massacre makes sense, that it was the Russian people, not only the Kremlin, who needed this war.
But the Russians must remember that by supporting the CHAZ, we are supporting the bombing and promotion of the peaceful cities of Ukraine. We're supporting the destruction of dozens of schools and driving millions of people out of their homes. We are destroying ties with our families and between our two countries forever. We're supporting Russia's unprecedented isolation and supporting our country's transformation into a colony of China.
All who believe in Putin's propaganda and his circle should remember that half the world now views us as invaders. It'll be a long time when we see us as war criminals. And this will become our history forever. We're all going to blend in with Ukrainian peaceful blood.
This is not our war and we need to remember this. We need to talk about this. We shouldn't let them talk about us. /Dmitry Glukhovsky / The Guardian/Periscopi
