The chairman of Harkiv's regional administration, Oleg Sinegubov, has said on Sunday, February 27th that military equipment “entered the city” on the fourth day of the occupation.
Reports have been confirmed by Anton Herakenko, adviser to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, who has published on the telegram platform some images showing Russian cars moving.
Sinegubov has called on residents to stay inside, saying Russian troops appear to be in town.

Moscow's attack on Ukraine has started in the early hours of February 24th.
Missiles have been launched at airports and military infrastructure in about 25 cities.

The Kremlin's action has stirred anger and has been condemned worldwide.
