155 residences and stables have water presence in the courtyards. Two houses in Obot have water presence on the first floors. Obot's path is still impassable. The water level has dropped from three feet [1 m] to six inches [50 cm]. Undetectable is the Darrabjt-Shirq street in the Dajc administrative unit.
Residents move by boat and army vehicles. The Oblica 1 and Oblica 2 pipeline continue to be out of place. In Lezha County 550 ha of land are still flooded, although there has been no rainfall. Drin, Matt, and Gyder River quotas are sitting in normal quotas
