According to the request, there is suspicion that the defendant, from August 2020, has deceived people by convincing them that the money invested in cryptovaluta will be returned. He is accused of receiving various amounts of money from the injured, and of the amount being around $500,000.00.
In the prosecution's announcement reportedly that in this criminal case, the State Prosecutor has applied classified technical measures of investigation and surveillance, with the case being issued on October 12th, 2022, he has detained two suspects involved in the same case and has demanded the measure of detention against them.
The prosecutor of the case in co-ordination with the police is continuing with the investigative action company to shed light on the case”, the Pristina Prosecutor's Report said.
