Enver Peci nominated by Parliament for Court of Constitutional Court

The Assembly has nominated Enver Peci to judge the Constitutional Court after it received 66 votes, out of 87 deputies who voted in all, out of which three ballots were invalid. The Assembly has nominated Enver Peci to judge the Constitutional Court after it received 66 votes, out of 87 deputies who voted in all, out of which three ballots were invalid.
After Enver Peci, Dukagjin Abdeli received 31 votes, Bardh Vokshi 35 votes, Flamur Razor 24 votes, and Valon Hasani two votes.
President Vjosa Osmani will be sent two names proposed for judges.
As the minimum election is 58 votes, MPs have again begun voting for the second proposal.
