ZERE proposes rising electricity price over 2 times more than KEDS requires

KEDS, as it is known, has long called for a 30-40 per cent electricity hike, while today Z. The RRE (Electron Regulatory Office), which under all currency documents should be an independent organ, which is tasked to regulate energy sector activities in Kosovo, including electricity, central heating and gas, today has come up with the proposal for the current to be expensive 200 per cent, or more than 6.75 euro per cent per kilowat-hour at 21 euro per cent per kilowatre. Why does the ZRR fool Kosovo consumers all year round?

The Office of Energy Regulatory (ZRRE), which according to all currency documents, should be an independent body, which is tasked to regulate activities in Kosovo's energy sector, including electricity, central heating and gas, yesterday (January 17th, 2022) proved to be an ordiner fraud, shameless and totally immoral. Not only did he fail to abide by the ongoing promise that there will be no rising electricity prices in Kosovo more than 7 per cent, but he also proposed unprecedented and unprecedented price price for kilowatt-hours, or more than 6.75 euros per cent per cent. And this proposal that KED didn't even remember doing until today, did yesterday Z. RRE ( KEDS, as it is known, has long required a 30-40 per cent rise in electricity prices, which reasons it allegedly to force Kosovars to save electricity.

To see more specifically, the RER's ordiner fraud, it needs to be seen and analysed the report on extraordinary ERE reviews that proposed 4 price hikes and ranging from 0.75 euros/cent to the current price of 21 cents, or from 9 percent to over 200 percent, how much Z proposed RRE.

Our “Proposal is that the electricity utility tariffs will rise 9% for the power component tariffs for business consumers and for consumption level of up to 600 kWh of household consumers”, the ZRE report says.

On the basis of surface analysis, it is clear that <x0hila” is clearly seen to deceive the consumer, Kosovo's citizen, allegedly for small and unsavory growth, while the real proposal according to published data is frightening, shocking and bluntly unaffordable for poor Kosovars.

Because, the ZERE in the released public report proposes that the <x0-level consumption level over 600 kWh, which cannot be covered by local capacities, supplied with tariffs of 0.11 euros/kWh for energy consumed at the time of high fee and 0.09 euro/kWh for energy consumed in low fee”

This proposal holds the farce and the harsh fraud of the ZERE, since it is known about <x0). <x0lind”, and this is better than ZRRE no one has known, that the category of consumers who spend more than 600 kilowatts per hour in Kosovo (but even in all developing countries) is the largest, absolutely the most numerous.

Practically in this category are all those families that have and use a washing machine, an electric hole, a boiler, an electric broom, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, or the necessary electrical equipment for a modest normal home in Kosovo. We are not counting here at all on the number of households that use electricity to fuel their homes in the absence of alternatives to heat their home.

In other words, the price proposed by the ZERE of 0.01 euros/cents of kilowatt per hour for over 70 to 80 per cent of Kosovars means double the price and over 200 per cent price hikes. The rest of the data that the pompously distributed in the report is the bullshit, lies, and fraud of Kosovars. Typical bullshit is thus “average consumption rate of 450kWh will increase for 2.29 euros per month, while the consumer bill for 3.06 euros per month”: Where are these customers?

Data from research says they're completely marginal, insignificant. Few Kosovars today do not have an electric hole, or a boiler. The ordiner fraud and the most shameless is the ZERE statement in the report, that the “consumption rate exceeding the 600 kWh block is more sensitive because it reflects the import price and 800 kWh per month consumption increase for $26.98, while for monthly consumption of 1000kWh by $50.89”

Because, if a Kosovo family spends 800 kWh will pay at least 160 euros a month for electricity and in no way as the ZRRE says. Please, honored citizens, take the calculator and count 800 times 21 and the amount that will come out of this account is the price Kosovars will pay from the ZRR proposal. The same is evidenced by the amount Kosovars who spend 1,000 kilowattts per hour (which is roughly the monthly average of the spending of Kosovar consumers for a month, given this is being posted in many research as well as KEDS) for a month, or about 210 euros a month.

The ZRR's efficiency was spread yesterday in public even in the efforts of this institution to hide the public approval of blockades via indirect speech, with two meanings. Only, at the very end, is the last successor clearly seen the ZRE's tendency to apply blocs, which is in fact a much higher electricity price rise than KEDS has requested.

In fact, the ZERE, with this proposal, if accepted, has twice raised the price of electricity: once the rise warned by 9 percent ( THE whole time has said that there will probably be a 7 percent rise and the next growth that is enormous and unprecedented anywhere at this height is the return of the notorious blockades, through which it has led to the Puerto Rican prices KED, which it has never dreamed of.

The ZERR proposal is for additional costs to be covered through a two-block tariff structure divided at the 600kWh border, as by this level of monthly consumption consumers can be supplied by local capacity and with average tariffs similar to the existing fee. In this way, consumer fees in the first bloc reflect the average cost of providing electricity from local capacities.

Meanwhile, more than 600 kWh of energy must be imported for consumers, since this cannot be provided by local capacities. Consequently, the fee for these consumers should reflect the import price for energy consumed over 600 kWhx0>. This is the way you can never come up with and out of nowhere, except in the ZERE report, which with this award proposal makes Kosovars the only people in the world, who have to work just to pay off the electricity, which is to add to KEDS's profit, and there will even be many Kosovars who will not get it on their own.

The ZERE lied openly, not once these days, about the return of the blockades, by silence, or by public hiding the intention to return these tariffs. Never until yesterday was it promoted around them. I kept saying this ominous warning to Kosovo electricity consumers. And he decided what is the worst for poor Kosovars, thus making a great service to private distribution and power supply companies.

THE ZER is well aware that very few in number are the Kosovo families, even symbolic, who would be favoured by the restoration of the already severely proposed blockades at high prices, while the huge number will be the one that will pay twice the price raised electricity -- once by expected growth and warned by the ECDS and tell by the absolute majority of the decision-making state institutions and second by the price raised, much more by the re-establishment of the blocs. Therefore, urgently, without losing a single moment, someone from the countrymakers, the respective institutions, but also from civil society and why not from Kosovars themselves, to react to this ZRCblaspheme, which is unique to the world from evil. Because increased electricity prices after the global crisis have been among the many countries of the world, even powerful ones. However, these increases in no case have passed the 30-40 per cent, and as such have raised numerous reactions, protests and numerous other disappointments. As for information, rising 200 percent, there was nowhere, neither in Cuba nor Venezuela, except the warning from the ERE that it will happen in Kosovo.
