Kosovo Government Minister Goran Rakic threatened reciprocity: Kusari Lila has words for her

Government Minister Kurti Goran Rakic has threatened the state of Kosovo with the establishment of reciprocity from Serbia, if Kosovo does not even allow the April 3rd elections held in Serbia.

“Reciprocity as the concept is made between two states, is not done between two ethnicities. As such a concept within the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. What we can say is that the resolution has reconfirmed the will of political parties, opposition positions in relation to a process that violates the constitutionality of Kosovo”, Kusari said Lila. /Periscopi
