Who are the workers who will receive 50 or 100 euros in three months, according to the Economic Resurrection Pack?

“Masa 1.1 in the context of the Economic Resurrection Pack is about the return to work of those who lost their jobs during pandemic time, measure 1.2 is about formalising workers and supporting new workers by paying 10 %s of their salary, as well as the 1.3th move concerned supporting women's employment. Murati, at a media conference, has said they have envisioned expanding these three measures.

“Initially, support was only for the employer so that they could be encouraged to employ new staff, formalise existing workers and employ more women. The expansion concerns extending support even to declared employees. It's about all the employees declared from July 1st onward who were declared by their employer to one of these measures. We want to make sure that there is also encouragement on the part of employees to have pressure on the employer for the declaration and signature of the contract, because we have seen that providing the support so far has not prompted any response in workers”.

All those who have lost their jobs in time of pandemic and who have been employed from July 1st onward will have support worth 100 euros for three months in a row. For all new employees, the support will be three months out of 50 euros”.

The finance minister has shown that an ATK app has also been designed through which it proves who qualify according to measure 1.1, while for those who qualify to take advantage of measures 1.2 to 1.3 is enough for the employer to declare and have signed contracts.

We've been trying to offer sign-offs of contracts that will be made available on the website even at regional employment offices so that all employees can go and get a copy and send it to the employer asking that it be signed. Our goal is to get all workers equipped with these contracts by the end of the year until we rule out the possibility that the employer and employee will design other contracts. We've made it easier considering that most small businesses don't have legal and legal capacities to draft their own” contracts.

Murati has said that 100 people in the Kosovo Tax Administration will be recruited to be implemented.
