An intellectual or a charlatan?

Mitrovica in this year's local elections has the opportunity as never before, by choosing the best model of the mayor and the worst. We're dealing with a race that exceeds parties. We have two candidates who set the opposite examples in every respect. It says: Muhamet Bytyci is the word [...]
It says: Muhamet Bytyci
It's about a professionally prepared man with excellent management skills like Bedri Hamza, and Agim Bahtiri that the highest professional achievement seems to have in his arms the chairman of the party who can't manage himself in public presentations.
It's Bedri Hamza who sets the example of a cultured man with a high intellectual level, and a charlatan like Agim Bahtiri who is also able to punch with citizens.
They're talking about Bedri that each interview is a lecture for everyone who has excellent articulation, and Gimeni of Gushavc, who has the capacity to say the seven words (especially written) to him, makes eight mistakes.
It is Bedriu who, in spite of all the superior virtues, stands out for modesty, but in front of him is Agim who likes to compete with Chuck Norris.
Unfortunately, Mitrovica has been sentenced to lead her for eight years to lead Agim Bahtiri. This is desecration and degradation for a city known as the cradle of culture. It's fatal that an untrained, illiterate man like Agim once again entrusted the city for almost half a decade. So much so when there's Badr, or even Armend.
This is a crossroads where one road leads to restoring the city's dignity and the other to the qualms. One street has an address to normality, and the other leads you to where it dances with stupidity.
