Albin Kurti's big trick in liquid American gas

It says: Ardian Kastrati (Deputes in Kosovo Assembly)

Because of the medical treatment of my family, infected with variant” Delta” of Corona Virus, last week I was unable to attend the session. I've lost the next huge fraud, which is made to the public by Albin Kurti (again through the most comical image of the government and an unquenchable hypocrite, so it's about Besnik Bissim). The latter has said that the” gas deal coming from Northern Macedonia does not bring a litre of gas from the US, all the gas that needs to come from the North Macedonia line is Azerbaijann and Russian natural gas”. So, according to this “knowledgeist”, it is that the U.S. has an interest that through US MCC funds will finance the conduct of gas from Azerbaijan and Russia and not liquid American gas, which in the future diversify energy sources in Kosovo ha- ha- ha.
O Bislim, who is saying only through “agreement with Macedonia”. What Northern Macedonia does is its commitment and interest in the project. And the question that is being asked about our government is what it's doing for energy diversification and in this context, and more specifically, for liquid American gas, which, of course, can even enter into the Washington agreement and the MCC funds, although not all are for gas. So government officials are lying and manipulating that “has no litres of American gas”. The real reason is that the government has no interest in regional and American initiatives for liquid American gas. The government's interest is to re-visit the bloc “A” in Obilic (built in the 1950s of communism) to then employ hundreds of militants and clients (every one of the 4 members on average in the family and this produces thousands of votes in the future).
Bislem either not knowing exactly how to explain the situation (not being born is a sin, it's nature's fault), or if he has knowledge, then this government is literally refusing possible regional projects for liquid American gas in the future.

Projects and gas arrangements under discussion these days (naturally in addition to other energy diversifications) prepare the region to supply liquid American gas in the future, and that is certain. For these projects, governments of the countries of the region have expressed interest, but so far this interest has not been shown by Albin Kurti.

Here are the facts:
* Greece
The liquid American gas will be fired and regenified at the Alexandropoulos (city in Greece) terminal and then transported to regional markets.

* Northern Macedonia

Assistant Secretary of State for Energy and Reserve in the United States Francis R. Fanon, has met with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, even on this subject. Northern Macedonia will be involved in the liquid natural gas terminal project near the Greek town of Alexandropoulos (not only in the gas of Russia's Azerbaijan, as Besnik Bislimi has said, but also in liquid American gas).

* Republic of Albania

On 3 October 2020, with the aim of diversification of energy resources in the region (only with liquid American gas), Prime Minister Edi Rama signed in Tirana a memorandum of economic co-operation with US Undersecretary for Economic Development, Energy and Environment Keith Krach. The regasification station can be built in Porto Romano (The Durres also mentioned in the Washington Agreement, of course not only for gas). This was preceded by the previous agreement between the Minister of Infrastructure and Enegy, Belinda Balluk and “Exxon Mobil” and “Excerate Energy” for the introduction of liquid natural gas from America (LNG) to Albania.

* Bulgaria

Bulgaria's government through the “Bulgargas” became the owner of a fifth of the terminal in Alexandroopoulos in Greece, raising the diversification of its energy resources to the maximum.

* Republic of Croatia

In the town of Krk, meanwhile, Croatia has built the liquefied gas terminal, which is another opportunity for supplies of liquid gas.

* Republic of Serbia

Although under the fear of Russian blackmail, Vucic and Brnatic have formally expressed interest in liquid American gas from Greece, but have argued that Greece has not offered them official offers.

* Republic of Kosovo

There is no official interest in projects (which, in addition), enable supply of liquid American gas in the future. The above facts are in sunlight, and Besnik Bislim is lying when he says it is not about supply or even a litre of liquid American gas in Kosovo.

* How does this project come about?
After building the terminal in Alexandropoulos, Kosovo has the opportunity to build through a portion of US MCC funds (so only one part and not all 200 million) through loans, then little of government funds and little of European funds without returns (such as the terminal in Krk) to build a gas plant and gasification to get liquid American gas from Greece to Kosovo in the future. The other option is through the Washington Agreement (against which the agreement is Kurti).
Bislimi in parliament has said that American liquid gas is transported in trucks, rather than in pipes, which he has said by horse chariots. With damage, it is impossible to bring it to Kosovo as such and is most expensive on the market. That automatically falls off the Washington deal.
The Washington Agreement says that the American Finance Corporation for International Development (DFC) will be in financial service for an infrastructure package, but also for other bilateral projects between Kosovo and Albania, such as the terminal and the gas pipeline, which will eventually connect Albania with Kosovo. So the liquid American gas could be transported (without Bislem trucks) from Albania to Kosovo when the terminal was built there. At the same time, Exim Bank will lend the purchase of cheaper American liquid gas to bring down Serbia's arguments, Russia's commitment to loyalty Beslim that liquid American gas due to truck transport and tanks proves more expensive than Russian gas.

* What would Kosovo benefit from this project?

This could even bring Kosovo's recognition from Greece into play. The Greek Foreign Minister was not visiting Kosovo! This would bring security from the U.S. in the future, because its soldiers would come in the form of American gas, and there was no need for expenses for American soldiers on earth. There's a mother son who dares to touch that territory where the liquid American gas flows. The economic effects of the citizen would be extraordinary.

* When could this project be accomplished?

Of course, this is not a easily accomplished project. This is not about building a volleyball field in the village of Besnik Bislim. These projects are moving geopoliticals, and, right here, it is the ultimate goal of the United States, through such projects, to minimize Russian influence in Serbia and the region. These are not government intern projects such as Besnik Bislim, which only look up to their noses. These are strategic infrastructure projects, dealing with long-term plans, and serious governments are needed for such plans. The case of Greece, Turkey, Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria and recently Croatia's gas success shows how long these states have worked for liquid gas. Croatia, for example. Already in the Croatian town of Krk has sold all gas capacities, while in Lithuania following the establishment of the liquid American gas terminal, Lithuania has forced Russia to sell 20% cheaper than in the past, because diversification increases competitiveness.

And in this post is Washington's agreement that opposes Albin Kurti.

Washington's agreement means the end of Russia's monopoly on the Serbian gas market and the opening of the door to liquid American natural gas, which one day from Porto Romano to Albania via Kosovo, could run as far as Nis. And that would be Russia's great loss in the region.

Why isn't Kurt allowing Kosovo to become part of these regional initiatives for liquid American gas?
One of the reasons is that the origin is ideological. Kurt has problems with access to the American political system, so not just one or the other American administration.
The second, as I said at the outset, is evident to try to re-volt Kosovo” A” of coal to employ hundreds of its voters (to eventually create thousands of voters with their families).
Third, I hope this is not the case, maybe Kurti doesn't have time for American gas projects, thus offering a strong state within the EU, which is urging an autonomy for Serbs in the north in exchange for recognising Greece and visa liberalisation.
It is possible that none of these reasons stand, but in this case there is another reason, that Kosovo is governing the cases.
It may be difficult to explain why this reluctance to cooperate with American gas projects occurs, but one is clear that for a handful of votes, Kurt is still taking over generations, forgetting that others will live after him.
