The Witness who looked closely at the whole event told about ATV in her emotions. LIVE as a victim has not been taken out of the car for a long time as a result of lack of vehicles.
I was actually at home nearby and I heard the noise I went out. I stayed for about three hours and it was a terrible accident. Maybe the spokesman explained the story to them, but I want to focus on something very essential from the tragedy that happened, which is that the person can't get out of the car for about three hours. This is due to lack of means they have, because in other countries, I think they have special equipment to intervene in these cases”, she said.
The Witness has indicated that even the equipment with the help she has received and the police have broken down.
“There have been devices that have broken down and imagine if that person were alive and would seek help and we can't do anything”, she said, adding that they have sent bandages as well as gas canisters in case the fire flares.
While Fadil Gashi, police spokesman in the Pec region, has told of the situation of the injured.
