Since 2015 Blerta Ukaj worked with different projects in Afghanistan in the tax administration sector. After completing several Ukaj projects again returned to the capital of Afghanistan with the European Union's project now for increased tax, only Kosovo's fate was to go to Kabul in the period when the Taliban took over.
A day after returning to Ukaj's homeland, he has confessed his experience at the hotel surrounded by armed groups.
