22 years old mega-destruct that eventually ended up Kosovo

Kosovo for 22 years has been so brutally attacked on the inside and abroad (mainly by the Serbian and Russian subversities and their allies by blowing the flames of extreme division not only in Kosovo but also in Albania) to create artificial realities with the intent of demoralising the broad masses that people were dying here hunger, and this at the time when the living standard we have never had in history today and when overweight from food has become a national problem. And the international community helped our policy because it believed in it to declare its dreamable independence for centuries and to begin the statehood of Kosovo. Thanks to this independence today, people in Kosovo live free and better than ever in Kosovo's over two thousand-year history;
4. Kosovo, during the 2008-2019 period, as no state to date in the world, has managed to complete the entire constitutional, legal and institutional mosaic in and out of the world for a record term, thanks to co-operation with the US and the EU. The fact that the powers in Kosovo recognise and accept all this mosaic even commend and confirm Kosovo's mega-achievement. Getting Kosovo 2021 ready with the entire constitutional, legal, institutional, and solid basis of economic development is the greatest gift for those who enjoy it today but who try to silence it at all costs. The fact that Kosovo institutions -- the youngest in the world -- have managed, despite difficulties to meet twice the criteria the region has for CEFTA, the Energy Treaty, SAA, visa liberalisation, etc. Always according to the European Commission and the European Parliament well confirms the great institutional achievement. The fact that today the Kosovo Armed Forces participate in international missions speaks for themselves that Kosovo has achieved extraordinary achievements, and this achievement was done precisely by the US-EU-backed Kosovo institutions;
5. Kosovo, even without being a state 1999-2007 even after it became a 2008-2021 state, has managed to organise democratic elections at the local and central level accepted and internationally praised as an example for the entire region. The very fact that political transitions and rotations have taken place without any violence and trouble confirms Kosovo's progress towards democracy faster than any country in the region, so this completely rejects any claim of state capture, that otherwise the powers of São could be changed without violence and madness as often as had occurred in the region and the world. In captured states, the unprecedented free speech media industry, the more consolidated union and civil society, can develop as in Kosovo. There are more media freedoms than in any country in the region, so this too rejects any claim that media and civil society and trade unions were caught;
6. Kosovo has not had a single socio-economic turmoil since 1999 to 2021, which could confirm extreme poverty as opportunists and malicious circles tried to present, begging only weak points and tacitly tacitly. Kosovo, so its institutions that opportunists and malicious circles slander them, while today they praise them by saying they have made unprecedented progress, fulfilling all conditions required by the EU since 2016 ratified the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (MSA) as the first giant step towards European integration. SAA will no longer repeat, Kosovo will move in further steps on European integration;
12. Kosovo more than any state in the region and Europe has made its contribution to fighting religious radicalism and global terrorism. He has also received praise from the most powerful countries on the globe. Imagine how young Kosovo had institutions for such international success;
13. Kosovo faster than any state in Europe has improved its infrastructure, thus paving the way for faster development in the region confirmed by the World Bank and USAID. And they all know that Kosovo in 1999 was burned to ashes, then before 1999 there were only 5% of the asphalt roads being completely excluded from regional roads. The construction boom continues at an unprecedented rate today, as long as we compare Pristina with the capitals of the region, a Pristina that today you can circle almost entirely by class highways -- something that today is Athens, Belgrade, Zagreb and Skopje and still have Tirana, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Sofia, Bucharest, etc;
15. Kosovo has managed to get the largest number of per capita cars in the region, including new cars, without including the number of other heavy machinery. While before the war you saw two three cars in a village and not talk about heavy machinery;

Kosovo, although strongly hampered by Serbia, has achieved that even after 2008 to 2021, with strong international support, membership in all successive regional organisations and mechanisms as an equal side with Serbia and all states of the region. Both before independence and after that Kosovo has repeatedly entered into regional integration, and has not expected what Serbia says, because if we had expected what Serbia says, we had declared independence. If we expect our pressure to kneel in Serbia, then we have confused the planet. Kosovo's entry into all initiatives (just like Serbia) into the Stabilisation and Association Process, the Stability Pact, CEFTA, the Berlin Process, the ratification of the SAA, and many other initiatives and agreements confirm this, all actual;
17. Kosovo, unlike countries in the region, has co-operated with The Hague Tribunal and recently with the Special Court, while the countries of the region have consistently boycotted the process. While Kosovo has received great praise for this co-operation, it has never been rewarded enough, and for that, see here the isolation of the EU today with nonliberalisation of visas for Kosovo;
18. Kosovo, according to World Justice Project 2020, has moved to Sundim of Law more than any state in the region, as well as according to Creme Index by City 2021 to 109 European cities, the region's EU capitals lead in terms of high crime rates, while Pristina does not figure at all. Meanwhile, Serbia, except that it rages with corruption, crime and the past genocide against the region, continues today not to recognise the region's borders, to flirt openly with Russia and China, to humiliate the EU and yet to be smoothed by it;
19. Kosovo more than any state in the region and Europe has been completely lined up west, and in that direction has proved full co-operation. Had there not been faith in Kosovo's policy, this would certainly not have happened. On the contrary, Kosovo has been closely co-operating with the International Monetary Fund since 1999-2021, and every economic projection has done it in close co-operation with the IMF, the US and the EU, the facts speak for themselves;
21. Kosovo has managed to provide heat and water supply 24 hours for Pristina, expand heating networks across cities, as well as significantly improving water supply across all of Kosovo, as it has started with building sewage treatment plants for large cities, something people had never dreamed of. In addition, Kosovo had managed to make extraordinary projections for water (for drinking, irrigation, power, sewers) by 2034; all projects today are working on those projections. Who has expected all problems to be fixed for 22 years of liberation and 13 years of citizenship in a country full of torn bags has confused the planet;
22. Kosovo for 22 years has managed to free and only 13 years of citizenship, although strongly hampered by Serbia and Russia, to become part of all regional infrastructure networks projection: road, air, railway, digital, telephone, gas, electricity, etc. That is because Kosovo and Albania are familiar with the consequences of isolation and non-integration on regional and European networks. Kosovo has mostly moved towards Albania and Northern Macedonia and is on a good track towards Montenegro and Serbia. The EUR billion have been spent and are expected to be spent under the Berlin Process, Stabilisation and Association Process and from the US, all the projects realised are tangible and measurable for those who want to see;

Of course, Kosovo has not been able for 22 years to free and only 13 years of citizenship to become neither Switzerland nor Germany, because the terrible historical circumstances that it has been through and unable to do so despite desires, dreams and expectations. But, from the burning of ashes and the deliberate desolation of the Serb conqueror from 1945 to 1999, not forgetting here even the super-surpassed condition of the Albanian people inherited from the Ottoman Empire, its fall to 1945, Kosovo today constitutes a unique case in the world, where for only 22 years of liberation and only 13 years of citizenship, even though still isolated from Europe and 100 obstacles from Serbia and Russia, has managed to become a state with all the necessary state equipment, with a private sector under developed and above, and is understood in trouble, including corruption and abuse of human resources, such as in every country and society will ever end, regardless of the brain.
