Isa Mustafa praises Memli Krasniqi: We had political rivals, but I was satisfied with him as minister.

At the 10th Convention of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi was elected to the helm of the party.

In a proposal for news.net, former head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa congratulated Krasniqi for the new post, while stressing that it is a matter of the PDK's interest in facing domestic challenges, as well as opposition.

He said, among other things, that Memlyn now recognises him as a long-time PDK activist and hoster of important positions in the party, while he thinks that the Convention has made the solution that he appreciated.

Mustafa further stressed that Krasniqi had political rivals, but praised his work during the time he was minister in his government, praising him for his correct work and behavior.

“Like the LDK, we had the rival political Memlin, but he was also the minister in the government that I've been running. I've been happy with his work, his correctness, and his behavior to the rule of law. I wish them success!

Remember that Memli Krasniqi was elected chairman of The PDK at the 10th party Convention, which was held after the resignation of PDK chairman Enver Hoxhaj's post, which took place after former party leader Kadri Wessel is tried in The Hague.

Of the 794 delegates who participated in the Convention, 787 voted for Krasniqi, while 7 of them opposed.
