The last location of the dialogue may have been the most difficult one. Both sides must be committed to him. Dialogue is a key element for regional stability and Serbia's EU accession. There is great interest in the dialogue to succeed and the EU is doing its best for this”, Fabrizi told Serbia's Radio-Television.
The latest round of talks between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, took place 19 July in Brussels.
The parties accused each other of lack of will to move the process forward.
However, they agreed to continue talks in September.
Fabrizi said the conditions Brussels has set for Serbia for EU membership are constant and do not change.
“Knows what dialogue is about with Pristina, rule of law, economic reforms, public procurement, subsidies, state aid is things for which to work”, Fabrizi said.
Serbia has opened several chapters of negotiations for EU membership.
Of the other Western Balkan countries, membership negotiations have also opened Montenegro.
Northern Macedonia and Albania remain pending the launch of these negotiations, while Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina have only Stabilisation and Association Agreements with the EU, which is the first step towards membership in the bloc.
