Thaci's freedom defense ) Lawyer Pallaska: Judge Ambo's opinion is very hopeful

According to Judge Kai Ambos, if the accused get the consent of a third state and ensure that the accused will be protected in freedom, then Thaci may be accepted for provisional release and protected in freedom.

In addition, Pallaska said one of the reasons why Thaci is in custody today is due to the existence of the possibility of the former president preventing the administration of justice.

“One of Thaci's detention claims is also the existence of the possibility that could prevent justice management by influencing witnesses, or in other ways”, Pallaska said.

“The Appeals Bar has criticised what they call incomplete, short reasonings, on such matters of extremely important”, Pallaska added.
