While today, according to him, we have a prime minister who in his spare time vies for the upcoming country's parliamentary elections.
According to Pallaska, Prime Minister Kurti is a half-time prime minister.

In the distant past, we had problems with “upper” state officials holding two-three posts and performing no jobs.
