The hitter in the special edition in Klan Kosova has said he has resigned only to dedicate his party and Ferizaj's candidacy in local elections.
“The Ashkali Party for Integration within the framework of the General Council and leadership we have made a decision at PAI to develop our structures in branches and sub-sides. We are the only Ashkali party to be a parliamentary party and I am the secretary of the PAI is determined to focus more on the party and prepare for local elections”.
I will run for Ferizaj's chairman in the local elections, and for that I need time to prepare for my mandate and get closer to the electorate. Today I have offered my resignation and to assume my position will be run by someone from PAI”, said Candorman.
The swimmer emphasises that his decision to resign is not political at all.
“has not been political pressure but has been my political subject's decision. I am the only person in Kosovo to have five signatures of Kosovo prime ministers. I am the only one to have signatures in some ministries as deputy minister, and now my party has praised me for leading the electorate and party structures”.
We may have won this election and I wished I could serve the government. However, my party has decided differently today and will commit myself to the party structures”, said Canterman.
The incident in the studio has revealed documents by Kosovo Police and the Court that there is no criminal past and no active criminal act.
“I have no criminal past by the Kosovo Police, by the Court it shows that I have no actual criminal acts and these are justice and that I am not convicted”.
The hitman on October 1st 2018 was convicted by the Constitutional Court in Pristina of criminally misusing official office or authority.
For this criminal offence, which is introduced under criminal acts of official corruption, Candor was sentenced to six months in prison.
With his consent, however, his prison sentence had then been replaced with fines of 3,000 euros. Likewise, Cantonman was obliged to return the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS) and the amount of 4,858.89 euros.
