(an hour ago)The audits and operations of Durres continue intensively in co-operation with the Border Police at the Durres Port, in the context of strengthening measures for preventing and hitting customs violations.
Last evening, during the search exercised at the beginning of the territory of the Republic of Albania, ahead of the closure on the Durres-Bari line, customs services filed and seized a total of 14,000 undeclared euros, writes TopChannel.
The case has been referred to close to competent bodies for further legal actions, while field controls continue without letup, with the goal of ensuring full implementation of customs legislation and the fight against any border abuse attempts.
