Three people suspected of involvement in criminal activities arrested

Kosovo police, respectively, have implemented the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), after a several-month investigation work, on the 1706.26th, the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, where, in co-ordination with PTH-Ferizaj prosecutor and in co-operation with other police entities, the command has been carried out at three different locations -- in the Pristina, Gjilan and Prizren regions.

The police operation has been carried out with the aim of providing relevant evidence and evidence in the case, after allegedly several people, in collaboration with each other, had managed to forge various documents through the commission of criminal acts.

During the implementation of the warrant, in case, they have been provided and temporarily seized:

• about 50,000 euros before cash (general value),

• a car,

• a firearm without permission,

• two (2) computer cottages,

• three (3) mobile phones and some evidence-contacting and

• Various documents that will be part of the case.

Suspects arrested in connection with the case have been escorted to the branch offices for interviews.

In connection with the case, three Kosovo male suspects have been arrested for criminal acts abuse of official office or authority, Article 1414, documentfeiting, Article 390, and the legalisation of false content 395 The KPRK, who were interviewed in the presence of defence attorneys and after interviewing with the prosecutor's decision, the same have been detained for 48 hours.
