Kosovo's Ambassador to France, Standby Gashi, has been hosted at the Israeli Embassy in Paris by Ambassador Daniel Saada in charge of Israeli state affairs in this state.
Gashi has written on Twitter that there has been a warm welcome from Ambassador Saada, with whom they have discussed opening the Kosovo Embassy in Jerusalem.
“A warm welcome from Ambassador Danie Saada, Israel's charge officer in France. I had the pleasure of talking to him, the day after the historic opening of our embassy in Jerusalem”, Gashi wrote.

Despite numerous objections, Kosovo has opened its embassy in Jerusalem on Sunday.
Ines Demiri is in charge of Kosovo's work in the state of Israel and is expected to be Kosovo's first ambassador there.
The opening of the Kosovo Embassy in Jerusalem was seen in the September 4th agreement, when Kosovo and Serbia signed two documents for normalising economic reports in the presence of then-American President Donald Trump at the White House.
In the document signed by Kosovo, mutual recognition with Israel is preceded, meanwhile, in Serbia's case, the transfer of its Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, which has not yet happened.
The opening of Kosovo's Amasada in Jerusalem had opposed the European Union. On 2 February, the EU called the decision unfortunate to open this embassy in the city of Jerusalem, whose status the European bloc considers unresolved.
The opposition had also voiced the Turkish Embassy in Pristina, as well as the Arab League. The latter had called on Kosovo to give up this decision, and to hold international resolutions on Jerusalem.
