Killing the young man in Decan, the victim's father complains of injustice publicly publishes the video at the time of the murder

The victim's father, Isuf Tetaj, in public paper is accusing the prosecutor of the case, Agron Uka, of manipulating the case of young Agonis Tetay's murder.

My son was killed at his place of work on Sunday by the son of the business owner in whom he was employed. I am writing in order to inform and alert you that the prosecutor. Agron Uka, yesterday at the trial hearing in which the final word by the parties was spoken without any evidence, and in all reality has re-qualified my son's murder from serious murder to murder by carelessness”, wrote Isuf Tetaj in his letter.

In his public letter to State Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi and the ambassadors of foreign countries in Kosovo, Isuf Tetaj has also attached the Act of Basic Prosecutorship to accused Shaban Gogaj.

Also, Isuf Tetaj in this letter also attached the video from the moment his son was killed at work.

With this letter, he is seeking to expel prosecutor Agron Uka from the case, as well as to establish merit trial over his son's murder.

This is Isuf Tetaj, a law-born professor. Low Luxury Deqan, dated 13,05.1951, the father of the boy who was killed in Deqan on the 2309.2018, about 11:00 by Shaban Gogaj, who is being tried in the Court of Pay.

I'm writing to you out of anger, concern and fear of the parent and family who killed your son and, as it is, the process is being manipulated, influenced by corrupt persons and the accused will not receive deserved punishment. Despite many public words that justice in Kosovo is influenced, corrupt and unfair I have hoped and believed and always waited for believing that this subject will be examined and punished in a meritably, but yesterday by dt. 16.03.2021 was also confirmed with the case of my son's murder that the court's links in Kosovo are not fair enough in this case, the prosecution more specifically person. Agron Uka.

This procuror, Mr. Agron Uka, at the request of the accused party's attorney, is set to charge with this case unjustly, removing it from the Peja Prosecutor's case, who has conducted all investigations and completed the meritive course according to the deliberate murder deed:

Otherwise, Shaban Gogaj is accused of killing the late Agnis Tetaj now in September 2018 at the company “Gogaj Ag” and side-arm criminal work.
