Greetings from Germany: A Lajcak for Serbia

The candidate for prime minister, Albin Kurti, made the statesman by commemorating a medieval moment of the Great Testament, of the Skenderbee era. He had folkted several political feudals in front of the memorial. Right there, he said the national union cannot have because it does not allow Kosovo's Constitution. Behind him, in Pristina he had left the symbol of this time -- Miroslav Lajcak and his association.
Lajcak came to Pristina with the map of Serbia (that Kosovo is within) behind its wings and association in mind. The goal has been made clear since Europe appointed Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. Now, he intends to make it happen. With the help of Germany and other European friends. And, on the back of American inaction or inadequacy.
This is a six-part street confession to another failure.
First Confession
Dressed in a red, sports shirt, with uncomplicated taste from the diplomat, Christofer Dell, was guest of the anniversary at Koha Ditore. “I want to be Albanian in clothing at least one night”, Dell ironically said at the welcoming party with journalists.
The American diplomat, who claimed that “did not have what I should regret for what I did in Kosovo”, did not sit well with red-coloured shirts, which someone from the office suggested, asking him to sacrifice some of his Americanism for an Albanian night.
He would return once again as ambassador to Kosovo in 2010. Always rude in walking and attitude, he had described the situation in Kosovo, before leaving the American Office Chief's post.
The merakli of work and entertainment and entertainment trade, when it should be fun, is the brief description of the new American Ambassador to Pristina, which saved Kosovo from the “north invasion” from Serbia.
Christofer Dell or Chris Dell, as they call it, had dynamic vocabulary, fast in communication, harsh and courageous, always with initiatives of extraordinary and sustained severity.
He is the diplomat who first took office from Larry Rossin and continued to build the American Office in Pristina.
In Kosovo it came shortly after the war, was during the war in Macedonia, and also experienced the war in Presevo and Bujanovac.
Dressed in sports clothes, with invisible bodyguards, he walked around Pristina and “Dragodanit” to view Kosovo and post-war Albanians.
She had taken over the management of all that was called American and her presence in Kosovo. Good Knower of KLA and tremendous influence.
Dell carried the weight of Chief of the Office, covered with the importance of his state, as one of the most courageous diplomats ever seen in Kosovo.
He became familiar with the famous 2011 sentence when he gave <x0urrend” Hashim Thaci, “to rotate the table” into the restaurant's silence, to draw attention.
That was his line, as advice to send special forces north. It was the first time after the declaration of independence that police would pass the “north limit”.
“is losing north”, Dell said. “Europe has no interest in making it part of Kosovo”. And there was the famous action, which ended with the initiative for dialogue. Until then, there was no sign that the north belonged to us.
The extinguisher border was at the Bridge on Iber.
The Second Confession
Only once had the calm broke down for Europe in Kosovo, when I, Garentina Kraja and Beni Doga had published the French Army's secret plan, under which Kosovo's north would be divided with classic walls across the Iber River coast.
The plan was secured by Kadri Wessel.
We had kept it a secret for weeks so that we could put it on the front page.
And there, for the first time, was a reputation for public opinion. Project canceled. Garentine had mustered up the courage to go through details of the project's discovery.
Europe, which had been exiled to create a multiethnic state, was placing the foundation of the division and creating its ethnic border of a state that was not yet called a state. It was protectorate.
SP. After publishing the news, citizens have staged protests for days until the French gave up their wall plan along the Ibrit.
The Third Confession
Once upon a time, he faced success in diplomacy.
Miroslav Lajcak made the man and diplomat mediating the referendum and its conditions for Montenegro's independence.
A long time had been near Serbian leaders to persuade them to allow quotas of 53% of the referendum. That figure distanced Montenegro from the Federation with Serbia.
While convinced that this cannot be achieved, Serbian leaders had consented that Montenegro's secession referendum be held.
Montenegro became independent from Serbia with the votes of Albanians and Bosniaks, but also the overwhelming part of Montenegrins. Lajcak was said to be sure that would not happen.
But all we remember is that Montenegro made Milo Djukanovic independent. How and how much it has cost is unnecessary to say.
The Fourth Confession
Ramush Haradinaj, as the strongest. Albin Kurti as the most ideologist. And Fatmir Limaj as the guardian angel of both of them non-ideological severity. The three together were writing the severity in Kosovo's political history.
They had put their muscles forward, to challenge the signing of Hashim Thaci and Isa Mustaf, made in Vienna, in international presence, for the Association of Serb-run municipalities, dedicated to northern municipalities.
It was the same model that the French had planned and that Chris Dell had broken up in 2011.
The three leaders built up a record of severity with the argument of the power to stop Demarcation and Association. And nearly brought Kosovo before the civil war.
The demarcation was made once Ramush became prime minister. And the association is on its way to doing as Albin is on his way to being prime minister.
The size of the three leaders known in the world as <x0...gaz-lots of politics” had produced status quo Five years old.
When all was static, another idea came to Kosovo: Correct.
True confession may be taught one day, but Germany produced its own version of the story.
Even when it was known how it would end, one thing was not known: Who would be imprisoned? She too learned quickly.
Four KLA leaders were arrested to leave Kosovo at the mercy of a new political compromise.
Germany, as the only state supporting the Association Plus, and unconditionally, has produced wrong policies in the Balkans.
Recently, apparently in co-operation with Russia, they have appointed Christian Schmidt, to the position of the European Union's High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The United States of America looking for “partner willing to solve this item”, probably won't find any partners, will they?
The Fifth Confession
Despite German Chancellor Angela Merkel's statement at Pristina airport in 2011, that Serbia cannot advance into the EU, without turning its structures away from Kosovo, but with the support of German Chancellor and foreign policy, Serbia has advanced strongly towards the EU.
The state that has opposed Kosovo's independence has benefited mostly from financial assistance and investment from Germany. Just with the German open doors, Serbia has only increased its presence in Kosovo and has blocked the inter-consequential energy for years.
At one point it became impossible.
When trains were mistaking circulation schedules at German stations, because stolen energy in Kosovo's north had upset the accuracy of electronic watches in Bahnhoff, Germany remembered the energy problem between Kosovo and Serbia.
Germany has gradually and quietly given up the idea of Serbia conditioning itself with Kosovo. And Merkel's sentences in 2011 have no weight even to the European border, let alone condition Serbia.
After Brex, in 2016, there is effectively no state with power, which conditions Serbia with improved relations with Kosovo.
Under Germany's leadership, the EU has transformed the position of the minority, five which has recognised the state of Kosovo, representing the idea of European neutrality towards Kosovo, into an official EU stance.
This was seen with Lajcak's appointment, as negotiator for Kosovo and Serbia, but also with the map scandal he represented in public opinion.
The German vision's lack of resolution of the Kosovo issue has paved the way for Kosovo's deadlock; the construction of an authoritarian state and the advancement of Serbian hegemonist interests in the region by political means of Serbian List in Kosovo. And, through the church, into Montenegro.
German secrecy, combined with the EU's removal of Great Britain and the increased role of France in European influence, has damaged the EU's role and power in the region.
Remember the failure to liberalise visas for Kosovo and failure to open negotiations with Northern Macedonia, even after compromise.
So there is constant pressure on why others have gone deep in the region. All of this has weakened enthusiasm and strengthened the role of Turkey, Russia and China.
Merkel knows what she doesn't want correction. I know what you want in relation to Kosovo. He has openly expressed it through the German Foreign Minister and through Lajcak Germany wants Association Plus.
Not by chance, Lajcak does not mention recognition of Kosovo. He speaks in the name of the EU and Germany. He never speaks for himself.
In one sentence: Merkel's main legacy of foreign policy at the helm of Germany and the EU is an authoritarian, dominant Serbia in the region, and a Kosovo in frozen conflict.
Her successor, Laschetet, does not promise better, especially when we take into account his pro-Russian attitudes and the closeness he has with policies that make him close to Russia.
Lajcak, it's clear all the time. He wants clarity for Association, but not for obvious recognition, because he's got a Vucic's reward mission.
Lajcak strongly believes Serbia must take something, as Vucic repeats in a continuous manner.
It's Vjosa and Albin.
The Sixth Confession
I hope that today half of the journalists have not come with ready comments against me. Not because there was nobody to write. But because the man who wrote the bars against me, his hand trembles.
Those who read these scriptures, however, are being silenced because they do not know what to say. Maybe after a few months most of those who rule will be gone.
Being Lajcak in Pristina, I have today good news for all Albanians and especially for those of power: the confrontation is coming.
With Ramush's unhurt help, Albin, though not even Fatmir's, and no doubt others can deny it, the two pillars of rejection, gas-lots and proud people did the right part themselves.
Some of the weight and fear of crime were caught, others, proud mainly of idioticity, scattered and lost leaving the state alone.
For those who came late in hunting against Kosovo, I have only one congratulations and hello, if they do something good for Kosovo!
