Hours after the publication of the images of Agony Tetaj's murder, KALLXO.com has accepted a photo claiming to be seen as Gogaj family lawyer and case prosecutor Agron Uka, staying in a coffee shop.

Prosecutor Uka confirmed that this meeting took place but, according to him, the meeting took place three years ago.

I swear it was just me and Jetish. He has come to greet us, and has come out of judgment, and has said, Do you make coffee just for fun... That three years ago, I'm pretty sure. It's only been five minutes, but there's no connection to case”, the prosecutor said.

On the other hand, the prosecutor said that with lawyer Berisha is in conflict.

Yesterday prosecutor Agron Uka has requalified criminal activity from “severe murder“to “suicide from carelessness”.

And today the family has published the video on accusations that there was a warped truth.

About the picture, KA LLXO.com has also contacted lawyer Besnik Berisha, who defends Shaban Goghaj, accused of killing Agony Tetaj.

Asked by KALLXO.com whether there has been an opportunity to meet prosecutor Agron Uka outside the tribunal or prosecutor, lawyer Berisha has said such a thing has not happened.

Neither coffee, nor meeting, nor with those jobs and issues have I taken”, Berisha said.

KA LLXO.com has contacted Gnjilan's chief prosecutor to confirm that the person in the photo with the lawyer is the Uka prosecutor, but he has not expressed interest in looking at the picture.
