I quit, but I regret nothing

On February 15th of this year, I announced the LDK leadership that after the election results of February 14th, I will offer the LDK Parliament my resignation as LDK chairman.

Resign as a moral gesture, not an act of regret. Because if I went back again, I would have run the same LDK. With developmental, pro-European orientation, partnership with the United States, without scandals and uncorrupted.

I would apologize to you citizens and LDK activists, as if The LDK was penalised by the electorate for corrupt and unrecognizable government!

In fact, the LDK has governed without scandal. Six years I led Pristina, as its chairman. I've been charged by Vetevendosje with 72 files, and none of them have anything to do with me. In those years Pristina has experienced its peak with new schools, infrastructure, squares and roads, greenery, sports terrain... with the beginning of the city's water factory and heating.

I've been prime minister of the country for nearly three years, and my government has had no scandal or corrupting action. Kosovo has experienced economic growth from 2 how much we inherited to the 4 per cent that continues now, has supported the private sector of businesses, the first contractual agreement with the EU, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, has been signed, had met 93 criteria for visa liberalisation by 95 euros.

The government, Hoti, has sat down with US relations broken by the Kurti Government, as well as relations with the EU, destroyed by the government Kurti and Haradinaj, has signed the agreement to normalise economic relations with Serbia at the White House, successfully managed Panded-19 in both health and economic terms.

I would be relieved if I knew why citizens punished him with the LDK vote in these elections.

They punished him because he did not succumb to left-wing propaganda, violence and pressure, as he did not submit to Serbia in the nine years. Why?

For being punished, because we've ruined the VV coalition, I don't regret it, because I'm going to ruin it today. Between the United States and the VV, The LDK has chosen partnership with the United States. Amid confrontation with President Trump's administration and the Vetevendosje Movement, the LDK has chosen to avoid any confrontation and frustration of relations with the US, but is listed in building friendly reports.

The LDK, citizens, has pledged that it will implement its fundamental values in government policies, has not pledged to marry Vetevendosje politically. People who have gone to Vetevendosje have never shown what they offer this country in the economic, developmental, Euro-Atlantic partnership, but have pledged their allegiance. They have offered nothing but twenty sentences of criticism. Because they don't know any more. Others who today in the TV studio say that their voice has not been heard have not been told the truth because they have not had an articulated voice but the abstained position and abstention is a lack of attitude, of time buying, of style to see how it turns out.

If you have carefully followed the recent debate of “Prime Minister” and “US President”, it would be good to explain to yourself honored citizens and honoured you LDK voters what their answers to Kosovo's future were. For economic development, completion of dialogue, relations with the United States. I didn't notice any answers but just walk away from the answers. The basic lack of knowledge to govern.

Unlike some of my associates, I have not congratulated Vetevendosje Movement for its victory. Not that I hate it but that I do not want my country to be ruled by any political party; that I find no reason to congratulate the willing LDK voters that they have moved to Vetevendosje, because the LDK does not give up on them. Because LDK doesn't give up. It's gonna be stronger.

I have full confidence in the people I worked with, in my clean work that I did in LDK and in all other tasks. I am convinced that the LDK damage with the last votes is completely unfair and the result of popular propaganda.

To penalise a nonviolent and uncorrupted Stateist party is a bad signal for the future of this country. IM
