A Police Officer Arrested for Illegal Gambling and Fraud

At the prosecutor's request, at the order of the competent Court in Gjilan there has been a raid on the defendant's house and a Samsung phone, two phone cards, a tablet, a computer and a USB have been seized.

The same was sent to the stop for 48 hours.

A Police Official Banned for Illegal Gambling and Fraud

Gjilan, February 27th, 2021] The Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, reports that today, on February 27, 2021, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, around 13:50 minutes, has detained the defendant B.R., police officer at the Police Station in Gjilan, due to the suspicion that he has committed criminal acts of organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling and very much of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

According to the prosecutor's request in the case, by order of the competent Court in Gjilan, betting has been carried out at the defendant's home in the village of Gnjilan municipality, where in the quality of material evidence has been seized:

A (1) Samsung phone,

A (1) Vala folder,

A (1) Ipko folder,

A (1) Lenovo brand tablet,

A (1) brand HP computer, as well,

) A flash drive.

The defendant B.R., after interviewing by Kosovo Police Inspectorate investigators, at the order of the prosecutor of the case has been sent to the detention, during 48 hours.
